Arrival at the airport. Meet and greet by our Connaissance De Ceylan Representative with Fresh Flower Garlands at airport. Proceed to the hotel, enjoy Lunch on arrival and relax. Afternoon attend an introduction to Ayurvedic Treatments & an orientation, diagnosis of body constitute planning of individual scheduling and individual counseling -Afterwards continue the process. Herbal Oil Whole body massage, Herbal Steam & Herbal Bath (around 01 hr & 30 Min.) 'Sambahana' - (Herbal Oil Whole Body Massage) This is a special & unique Ayurvedic treatment where the body is massaged with herbal oil selected according to the body constitution & condition. It mainly works with 'The Prana' or the life force/life energy. (Duration 60 min.) 'Avagaha Sweda' - (Herbal Bath) After the guest had 'Sambahana' relax for 10-15 Min then proceed to a Herbal Bath. The bath consists of various herbal plants dipped in warm water. (Duration 15 min.) 'Washpa Swedha' - (Steam Bath) The steam is made out of 'Pas Mull' or The 5 Ayurvedic Herbal Roots. (Duration 15 min.) Relax and enjoy the rest of the Day at the resort. Or Free for any other sightseeing or activity. (Cost given below separately) Dinner & stay at Aliya Resort & Spa.

After a morning Yoga/exercise sessions overlooking the sun rise enjoy your breakfast and proceed to the 3rd day treatment. 'Shirsha Taila Vimardhana' - (Head Massage) Oil application & massaging the head/skull while Stimulating 'Marma' the head pressure points. The Head is mentioned among the special places for oil treatment in the ancient texts. The Oil consist of 'Nilayaadi & Narayana Oil' (Duration 20 min.) 'Pada Abhyanga' - (Foot Massage) Washing the feet with herbal plants mixed water & massage 'Marma' feet pressure points, followed by a steam treatment. (Duration 15 min.) Shirsha Taila Vimardana Pada Abhyanga Evening Free for any other sightseeing or activity. (Cost given below separately)

'Vaktra Chikitsa' - (Facial Treatment) Face massage with herbal oil & treatment with 'Udvartana' (Medical Pack), steam etc. Herbal medicine, which are especially good for the skin as Sandalwood, Turmeric, & Aloe & used. (Around 20 min.) 'Urahis Saha Gela Vimardana' - (Neck & Shoulder Massage) This is treatment where herbal oil is applied on to the Neck & shoulders & massage the pressure points 'Marma'. This medication will be followed with 'Avagaha Sweda' - (Herbal Bath) (Around 30 min.) Vaktra Chikitsa Awagaha Swedha Urahis Saha Gela Vimardana. Free for any other sightseeing or activity. After breakfast check out and transfer to the airport.
