Delhi / Kalka by train and then drive to Manali. Overnight Hotel

We Begin our trail by a train/Coach till Chandigarh / Ambala station. There a representative of Kailash Expeditions will pick up & transfer you to hotel in Manali. |

Day 2
Manali To Sarchu
|
Today we start our journey to Leh with a halt at Midway between Leh -Manali Highway at Sarchu for a night. Here we cross numereous passes like Rohtang Pass (3978 m), Keylong (3350 m), BaralachaPass (4890m) with overnight stopover at Sarchu (4253 m), border of the states of Himachal Pradesh (Lahaul) and Jammu & Kashmir (Ladakh and also the mid-way of Leh -Manali Highway. Just after arrival in Sarchu we check in at our tented campsite (Gold drop adventure camp ) |

Day 3
Sarchu - Leh(255 Kms)

The trail continuos for Leh by early morning, post breakfast, through Nakeela and Lachangla Pass 16,617 ft and later halt for lunch at Pang or nearby place where we will refill and refresh our senses and body.. After Lunch drive to Leh passing through SkyangchuThang (Biggest and Highest Plateau on Earth on Stretch of 42 Kms), Tanglang La Pass 17,585ft and Indus Valley will give you a refreshing view of a lifetime. On arrival in Leh you'll met by Kailash Expedition's representative and check in at our Hotel |

Day 4
Leh To Pangong Lake (06 Hours Approx.)

Today after early breakfast, start your drive to Pangong lake via Thiksay monastery and Shay. Enjoy the turquoise color panoramic lake and the magnificent mountains and landscapes which will leave you awestruck. Spent your afternoon enjoy the beauty of Pangong lake and check in Nature's Nest camp. |

Day 5
Pangong Lake To Leh (06 Hours Approx.)

After a late breakfast, we stroll in and around lake and watch the mother nature soothes you. Later drive back to Leh by visiting Thiksay monasteries and Shay Palace, if not visited the day before. |

Day 6
Leh to Khardongla (126 Kms )

Take youself high up on Nature's Roof top, experience world's Highest Motorable road ( Khardung-la-Pass (the highest motor-able road in the world) at 18,390 ft, around 40kms from Leh where you enjoy panoramic view of different peaks and enjoy snow out there. Evening drive back to Leh. |

Day 7
Leh To Uleytokpo
|
Wake up with a frsh morning with birds chirping around and after Breakfast we drive to visit Phyang Gompa which is located 8 kms away from Leh city. Here we continue our drive to Likir, Likirgompa situated atop a cliff top overlooking the beautiful village of Likir. Basgo is certainly the most impressive of Ladakhi citadels despite its ruined state. Then we drive and cross the River Indus and reach Alchi, Ladakh's most loved monastery, with paintings and murals will surelu amuse you. After visiting above monasteries we drive to Uleytokpo to check in at our Campsite. |

Day 8
Alchi - Lamayuru - Kargil (160 Kms / 05 Hrs Approx.)

The drive continues early morning with breakfasts to Kargil enroute visiting Lamayuru monastery and picturesque Moon like lanscape . After visiting the monastery we drive straight to Kargil over Fatu-la [13,489 ft] which is the highest pass on Srinagar - Leh road. |

Day 9
Kargil / Srinagar Via Sonamarg

After a night halt at Kargil, take your breakfast at kargil drive to Srinagar crossing the massive Zojila pass, where you will cross the gateway for kashmir ,while reaching lush green Sonamarg in-between to reach Srinagar. |

Day 10
Srinagar - Local sightseeing (50 Kms)

We begin to explore the paradise with a half day tour of world famous Mughal Gardens bulit during the Mughal reign in Kashmir, the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love). And later to houseboat for hot lunch. In the afternoon Shikara ride on the Dal Lake would give you a pleasant feeling of being in world 's most beatiful mountains with scenic beauty around the Lake. |

Day 11
Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar (112 Kms)

The day begins with a beautiful drive trail to Gulmarg, the most beautiful hill station in Kashmir and also popular for its leisure golf course (in summer), the highest in the world and adventure skiing during the winter season where one can enjoy the splendor of nature and adventure. One can have experience Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg. Drive back to srinagar. |
